Ms. Jessica Cruice Vice President of Corporate Schools, Ivybrook Academy
Ms. Jessica leads our Frisco campus, bringing decades of experience in child education and a weath of knowledge of the Ivybrook Academy curriculum and early learning approach. Across each campus she walks alongside, she befriends families, educators, and children as they walk through the doors and join our schools for days filled with laughter and learning.
Ms. Agustina Piffaretti Campus Director, Ivybrook Academy Frisco
Ms. Agustina leads our Frisco campus with a hands-on presence that families and children feel every day. She knows each child by name, greets families at the door, and sets the tone for a school where warmth and high expectations go together.
As Campus Director, Ms. Agustina oversees daily operations, supports our educator team, and ensures that every classroom reflects Ivybrook's commitment to intentional, child-centered learning. She is the first point of contact for families with questions about enrollment, programming, or their child's experience at school.
Ms. Rylie Thompson Educator and Enrollment Support, Ivybrook Academy Frisco
Ms. Rylie joins our Frisco campus from our Jacksonville, FL campus where she joined in 2023. Since relocating to Frisco in the summer of 2026, Ms. Rylie has brought with her love for creating an unforgettable school experience for students and families. She believes that building strong and personal relationships with the families of Ivybrook is such an important part of creating a beautiful community of students that get to share the Ivybrook experience for their formative years.
Our Educators
The heart of any Ivybrook campus is its educators. At our Frisco location, our teaching team brings experience in early childhood education and a shared commitment to observing, documenting, and responding to each child's individual learning path.
Ivybrook educators are not delivering a script. They are trained in our blended Montessori and Reggio Emilia approach, which means they spend their mornings watching how children engage, asking questions that deepen curiosity, and designing experiences that follow where children lead. The relationship between educator and child is central to everything we do.
