Program description. Ivybrook Academy and its independently owned and operated campuses offer a text messaging program for families and prospective families. Messages may include tour confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries, enrollment and application updates, schedule and closure notices, and occasional campus news.

How to opt in. You may consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting a keyword to a campus number, or by providing written consent on a campus inquiry, tour, or enrollment form. Consent is not a condition of enrolling at, inquiring about, or purchasing anything from Ivybrook Academy.

Who will text you. Messages are sent by the individual Ivybrook Academy campus you selected or contacted. Campuses are independently owned and operated and manage their own messaging.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your relationship with the campus.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Ivybrook Academy does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that campus. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also contact the campus directly to be removed.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact the campus directly. Campus contact information is available at ivybrookacademy.com.

Supported carriers. The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Privacy. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time.
