Owner's Story

Sagar and Jesal have called the Austin area home for over 13 years, with Sagar having spent more than 30 years in the region. Throughout their time in the community, they’ve enjoyed connecting with their neighbors and contributing through various volunteer efforts. Jesal and Sagar have both been active in their children’s schools, with Sagar also coaching basketball and football in local youth leagues. Passionate about supporting children and making a positive impact, they’re committed to fostering strong community ties.

Jesal earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas, while Sagar holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. Sagar has worked as a consultant in the tech industry, specializing in the implementation of tailored applications for clients. Jesal, with over 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, has a deep understanding of patient care and is eager to bring that expertise to the Pflugerville community.

Through their own children’s experience in early education, Sagar and Jesal have come to recognize the invaluable benefits of preschool education. Their children thrived at a Montessori-based school from ages 2 to 5, and they continue to see the lasting impact of that foundation. Inspired by this, they’re thrilled to share Ivybrook Academy’s unique Reggio Emilia and Montessori-inspired educational approach with the families of Pflugerville. Sagar and Jesal look forward to meeting you and getting to know your family as they embark on this exciting journey.
