Owner's Story

Meenakshi and Lalit are proud to bring Ivybrook Academy’s unique blended approach to learning to Londonderry and nearby towns. Both feel that there is nothing more rewarding than to develop the next generation of citizens from early childhood days. Both are very passionate about early childhood education and want to give back to community in their own way by nurturing every child to achieve his/her full potential. Both were raised in India and have MS in Computer Science. Meenakshi’s passion to educate brought her back from software engineering job back to owning an education Franchise, where she helped kids from pre-school all the way to high school with math and English as supplementary education. Lalit has entrepreneurial experience with several startup companies from less than 20 employees and growing them to more than 5000+ employees, some of which were successfully acquired and become much bigger organizations like Juniper Networks. Even though both come from Computer Science and Management background, they both have always had a desire to do more for their community and primarily children from the early age. Their passion and experience in teaching and mentoring has led them to start the first Ivybrook Academy Preschool in New Hampshire.
