We are a private, half-day preschool in Apex that allows children’s individual uniqueness to shine and helps them become compassionate, confident citizens. We take a progressive, multi-sensory approach to early childhood education and our discovery-based curriculum allows children to embrace their natural curiosity about the world around them.

At Ivybrook Academy Holly Springs, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. Every child is unique and has their own strengths. Each student also learns in their own way, so the curriculum should be designed in a manner that accommodates this. That’s why our Apex preschool pulls from three progressive learning philosophies:

Reggio Emilia – This is a student-led approach that encourages children to learn at their own pace.
