Laurie Gray

After thirty years of dedicated service in public education, Laurie Gray is excited to begin a new chapter as a Franchise Support Specialist with Ivybrook Academy. Throughout her career, she served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles, including classroom teacher, intervention teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, and district intervention support coordinator. These experiences gave Laurie a deep understanding of effective instruction, school leadership, student support, and the importance of building strong relationships with educators and families.

Laurie is passionate about helping others succeed and looks forward to using her experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to support Ivybrook Academy’s franchise owners, school leaders, and communities. She is excited to build meaningful connections and partner with owners as they create nurturing, engaging learning environments for children and families.

Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, working on home and garden projects, and being entertained by her toy poodle, Newt. She is excited to begin this new chapter and become part of the Ivybrook Academy community.
