Brian Kunkel

Brian brings more than 20 years of franchise real estate and development experience to Ivybrook Academy. Throughout his career, he has supported the growth of leading franchisors including Planet Fitness, Kiddie Academy, Sylvan Learning Centers, The Little Gym, and YUM Brands.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver, with a focus on Real Estate and Construction Management. His experience spans site selection, market analysis, lease negotiations, and multi-unit development. He works alongside Ivybrook franchise owners to identify strategic locations and help create welcoming campuses that serve children, families, and their communities.
