Kurt Montgomery is a senior franchise development and sales executive with more than 25 years of sales leadership experience, including over two decades driving franchise growth across hospitality, real estate, and early childhood education brands.

He has successfully led full-cycle franchise development strategies, closed hundreds of franchise and management agreements, and built high-performing sales pipelines for nationally recognized organizations including The Goddard School, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Jackson Hewitt. A multiple-time President’s Club award winner and former multi-unit franchise owner, Kurt brings deep expertise in strategic growth, relationship-driven sales, and scaling franchise systems nationwide.

Kurt and his wife Natalie have three daughters and live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
