Mike Beaufait

After growing up in Michigan, Mike moved to Charlotte to complete his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. Mike joins Ivybrook after a 20+ year career of owning both Real Estate and Construction businesses. He lives in South Charlotte with his wife Naomi and three children.

As a Real Estate entrepreneur he has worked with many types of transactions from raw land investment properties, to brick and mortar builds, existing retail, commercial, and multi-tenant buildings. From a construction standpoint, Mike has hands-on experience leading large and diverse teams for multi-million dollar renovations and new construction pro-jects in multi-family, retail, commercial and medical construction. Before owning his own businesses, Mike had success as a Sr. Level Project Manager and a construction Operations Manager by being a process oriented and team driven leader. He now takes that experience and looks forward to helping our franchise owners in the development of their new schools.
